By registering for and/or using the Nexdial platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Nexdial is a cloud-based CRM and lead management platform. We provide tools for lead capture, pipeline management, team management, reporting, and billing. The platform is available on a subscription basis.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-expire and must be renewed manually. We do not offer automatic auto-renewals without explicit consent.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts; upload malicious code or viruses; use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages; resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform (leads, contacts, notes, etc.). Nexdial does not claim any ownership over your business data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time during an active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexdial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
